Kitchen and Bath

The kitchen in this true loft needed an upgrade & some spatial redesign. A large dining table was eliminated in favor of an oversized eat-in island, which incorporated a second wine fridge. The deep tones of the oak floor were picked up in the solid walnut cabinets. A full panel, black glass backsplash reflects the Samoa cream granite and under mount sink. A small laundry room, painting, fans, surround sound, and more, added to the upgrades of this unit.
