Roof Deck

This phased roof deck project is currently in progress. Phase I is complete and served to create an outdoor dining space with a new furniture layout. An existing wall was also moved to open up more space for the owner’s use. Finally, the lightweight installation of a modern trellis was created for a climbing clematis as well as to filter sunlight. It culminates in a fence for the client’s dog and toddler.

Phase 2 will include:

  • Stainless fireplace
  • Granite/slate hearth and flue
  • Pergola with platform
  • Built-in storage
