Hillco Lobby

The residents of this dated 8 story building were in desperate need of a lobby renovation. DII was asked to define several spaces in this open layout such as a lounge area, mailroom, elevator foyer, etc. without building walls. This was accomplished by using various products and shapes on the floor, ceiling, and with lighting. For example, the eco-friendly cork flooring helps with circulation and carries up the wall and ceiling in spots to further define the spaces. Translucent panels, custom built-ins, interior/exterior rock gardens and landscaping help to create a versatile space for the residents.
