‘Future Keys’ Home

Taking a 3rd place finish in the Home Builders Association of Chicago – Future Keys competition for new concepts in residential architecture, this spec home promotes green design while working with the site and utilizing eco-friendly materials. The stone wedge which cuts through the house both anchors it to the site while creating a rock wall for the clients!

This is counterbalanced by lighter aspects such as a glass brick exterior and a solar paneled 'sail' roof.
